How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@shortsaleapprovalblueprint.com within 30 days of your purchase date with the following information:

• The email address used at checkout
• Your order confirmation number (found in your purchase receipt email)
• A brief note about your experience (optional but appreciated)

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Stripe typically processes refunds within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.

Digital Product Nature

The Short Sale Approval Blueprint is a digital PDF product delivered instantly via email. Because of the immediate nature of digital delivery, we rely on the honesty of our customers when processing refund requests. We appreciate your integrity.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• Requests submitted more than 30 days after the original purchase date
• Purchases made fraudulently or with stolen payment information
• Chargebacks filed without first contacting us — if you initiate a chargeback, we reserve the right to provide Stripe with documentation of your purchase and access to the digital product
